Order Refund Draw: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Kempt, operated by Pablo Badajoz, sole proprietor, 1 Impasse du Bocage, 53150 Montsûrs, France. Contact: support@kemptcare.com.

2. Who can enter

Legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) and Australia, aged 18 or older. Employees of the Sponsor and their households cannot win.

3. Entry period and how to enter

The entry period runs from October 26, 2026 to January 31, 2027 (11:59 pm New York time). You get one entry when you complete the short customer survey shown after checkout (or sent by email) during the entry period.

Free entry without purchase: email support@kemptcare.com with the subject "Order refund draw", your full name, your country, and a few sentences on what bothers you most about your skin.

Limit: one entry per person, whatever the method. Entries must be in your own words; copied, automated or blank entries are void.

4. Prize

One winner receives a refund of the full amount paid for one Kempt order placed during the entry period (product, shipping and tax), up to USD 150. A winner who entered for free and has no order receives a Kempt product bundle of their choice worth up to USD 99, shipped free. No cash alternative, no transfer.

5. Drawing and odds

The winner is picked at random among all eligible entries by February 7, 2027. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner notification

The winner is contacted by email within 7 days of the drawing and must reply within 14 days, or another winner is drawn. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited math skill-testing question before receiving the prize.

7. General

By entering, you agree to these rules. The Sponsor may cancel or change the promotion if fraud or a technical problem affects it. Survey answers may be used, without your name, to improve our products and our communication. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

8. Privacy

Personal data is used only to run this draw and is handled under our Privacy Policy.

9. Winner

For the winner's name (first name and initial only), email support@kemptcare.com within 60 days of the drawing.
