Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states), Canada and Australia, and to most other countries. We can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet.

How fast

Orders ship within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
United States, Canada and Australia: delivery takes 6 to 10 days from the day you order.
Other countries: the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number. You can also track it at https://kemptcare.com/apps/parcelpanel

What it costs

Free shipping on every order.
No customs fees or import duties to pay at delivery.

If there's a delay

If we can't ship your order in the time shown above, we'll email you before that time with a new shipping date. You can wait or cancel for a full refund, your choice.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll replace it at no cost, or refund you in full if you'd rather. See our Refund Policy.

Address changes

Please check your address at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us right away: we can fix it until your order ships. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we'll contact you to send it again.
