Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on kemptcare.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Kempt is the trade name of the seller identified on our Contact page. You can reach us at support@kemptcare.com.

2. The product

Kempt Skin Concealer™ is a cosmetic for external use. It covers the look of dark circles, redness and small marks while you wear it. It does not treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Keep it out of the eyes themselves. If your skin gets irritated, stop using it and email us.
Shades can look slightly different on screen than in real life. That's what the Right Shade Guarantee is for.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

The price, the currency and any sales tax that applies are shown at checkout, before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate.
You pay once, at checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: we never charge your card again unless you place a new order.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Offers and bundles are valid as shown on the site when you order. Discounts can't be combined unless stated.

5. Shipping

Delivery times, costs and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it at no cost or refund you, as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Guarantees and refunds

Our Right Shade Guarantee and 90-Day Guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. They come on top of any rights you have under the law.
A refund under the 90-Day Guarantee needs the bottles sent back to us, with a return number from us and our signed return form inside, by a tracked and insured service at your cost, as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Reviews

You can post a review of a product you bought. We publish reviews whether they're good or bad, and we don't edit them. We may remove a review that is offensive, off-topic or shares someone's personal information.

8. Our content

The texts, photos, videos and the Kempt name on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them without our written permission.

9. Liability

We're responsible for the products we sell, as the law requires. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by using the product against its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. This doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your state, province or country of residence. If something goes wrong, email us first: most problems are solved in one reply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you place it.
